Terms of service

Twistcam is run by WW Solutions LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"). Twistcam is not open yet, and only this website is online. These short terms cover the website and the service as it will work when it opens, and we will replace them with fuller terms before then. By using Twistcam you agree to them.

The organiser of an event is responsible for having their guests' permission to take part, including a parent's or guardian's permission for guests under 18. By taking a photo, a guest agrees that their portrait, with the name and note they add, appears on the event's screen and can be downloaded by the organiser and the people helping them.

Please use Twistcam fairly:

• Only take photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
• Don't put abusive or offensive names or notes on the wall.
• Don't try to get around the limits on free photos or misuse the service in other ways.

We may remove photos or close accounts that break these rules.

Portraits are made by an AI model run by fal.ai, which handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. AI results can be unexpected, and we can't promise every portrait will look the way you hoped. Portraits are kept for 90 days and then deleted; our privacy policy explains how long everything else is kept and who can delete what.

Organisers pay for photos with credits. Credits never expire. Unused credits are not refunded, except where the law or a card dispute requires it, and credits are not returned for photos that are deleted. Free photos can pause when our daily budget for free photos runs out.

We provide Twistcam as it is and do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
